What bothered me most was the fact that refused to apologise and admit that they have lost them and have made a mistake. I genuinely wouldn't have minded if they did so.

This is place has been my usual pharmacy for over 4 years now. The staff are generally quite helpful. The store is a little bit small and feels cluttered, especially if you go during busy hours. Apart from the frustrating parking issue at Newmarket Plaza, the only bad experience I had just happened over the last month. I handed in two prescriptions which had three medications on them, all three had four repeats left. The pharmacist (who I have known for a quite a while and is generally nice and helpful) checked all of them and confirmed that the prescriptions were not exprired. The place was quite busy so she said she would add them to the system shortly when she's done serving a few customers.

UPDATE: I received a call today from them and they have kindly taken that as a lost prescription and offered me to add the lost repeats. I felt I should update this review as they have obviously tried their best to rectify this issue. If this issue never happened, I would have given them five stars, as I have always received great customer service from them.

Not bad in general, but there are few rude and arrogant staff with poor manners. Even the kids at McDonald's has better attitudes. What a shame CW should implement customer service training before their staff put into work.

The next day I checked the application to find out only one of them was applied. The next time I went there asked what happened and they said there must have been just one medication. I insisted that I can assure them there were three, all with four repeats left. The pharmacist in charge said she has to check with the other pharmacist who had done it for me and would get back to me. She called later to say that I must have been wrong and there has been only one. Again, I requested them to double-check. Later, the pharmacist whom I handed the prescriptions to called and said the same thing. Again, I told them the whole story. The called again and this time said that they have checked the CCTV and they saw there have been two prescriptions but there must have been only two medications on them, so they have applied three repeats to one and four to the other one (so far they admitted that there have been more than one prescription). I checked the one they said they have added three new to see that I already had three repeats on it, before handing them the new prescriptions, so they were obviously not telling me the truth. So, in fact, they had either forgotten or had lost the track of the other two.
